Brant Landry Founding Principal

Brant is the co-founder of Reserve Capital Partners (RCP) and the founder of Landry Commercial Real Estate Services. He has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including both brokerage and principal-side transactions as a vice president with the Staubach Company, principal at Transwestern, president and COO at E Smith Realty Partners, and principal/managing director at SRS Industrial. At RCP, Brant oversees operations and acquisition/development of assets. Brant also spearheads capital markets and joint-venture partnerships.

Rachel McCready Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Rachel orchestrates operational efficiency by streamlining processes, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. She also oversees all facets of accounting, from high-level financial strategies to granular transactional details. This involves implementing robust financial controls, conducting thorough audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Her hands-on approach to overseeing all levels of operations and accounting ensures a comprehensive and detail-oriented management strategy.

Her strategic acumen not only optimizes financial outcomes but also cultivates a client-focused culture, fostering employee trust and exceeding expectations.

Peyton Dougherty

Peyton Dougherty Fundraising & Investor Relations

Peyton is responsible for RCP’s fundraising efforts and manages all aspects of investor relations, with a primary focus on maintaining transparency and building strong relationships. He is responsible for crafting and delivering quarterly investor reports, earnings releases, and other information to keep investors informed about the company’s financial health and strategic direction. He also plays a pivotal role in building RCP’s reputation and upholding investor trust. Peyton graduated from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Real Estate Finance and a Minor in Psychology.

Eddie Garcia

Eddie Garcia Director of Finance

Eddie began as RCP’s director of finance after seven years at Clarion Partners, where he served as assistant controller for several real estate investment funds and portfolios. At RCP, Eddie is responsible for day-to-day management of all financial services and departments. He began his career at KPMG in its Dallas office, working with financial services clients, including various insurance and investment management companies. After several years in public accounting, he moved on to Capital Analytics, where he served as a senior fund controller and was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for several private equity funds. Eddie graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in accounting and an MS in finance and is licensed as a certified public accountant in the State of Texas.

Kristen Schwartz Director of Property Management

Kristen oversees RCP’s in-house and third-party property management, and she has been responsible for building out and maintaining the property management platform. In addition to sourcing new properties to add to RCP’s third-party management portfolio, Kristen and her team are always working to maximize value and effectively run properties across all asset types. Kristen spent the first 15 years of her career with Holt Lunsford Commercial, before moving to JLL, where she oversaw projects that included The Campus at Legacy in Plano and 2525 McKinnon in Dallas. Most recently, she was the regional property manager for Capstone Commercial’s Dallas, Austin, Denver, and Scottsdale portfolio.

Cindy Phan Controller

Cindy is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in managing financial operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. At RCP, Cindy is responsible for budgeting, assisting with financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading RCP’s senior accountants. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has amassed an 18+ year career in accounting.

Justin Toon Vice President of Industrial & Land

Justin leads industrial and self-storage development at RCP, where he oversees site selection and land acquisition. He is actively involved in the development process, including sourcing the land, entitlement, pre-construction, construction management, and completion. He started his career with JLL before moving to Stream Realty in Fort Worth and then Aquila Environmental, also in Fort Worth, to build out its business development team. Justin is always seeking new opportunities to add to RCP’s land portfolio.

Jamison Berryhill Vice President of Multifamily

Jamison oversees development and acquisitions of all of RCP’s multifamily projects, leveraging his deep experience as director of development with Todd Interests, where he worked on projects such as The National and the East Quarter development. His work across all asset types has covered Austin, Houston, and Dallas. He is now responsible for multifamily, value-add, and adaptive reuse development and acquisition. Jamison is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a three-year starter on the Longhorns’ football team.

Grant Frerichs Vice President of Leasing

Grant brings a wealth of expertise to his role, having served as a leasing associate at NAI Robert Lynn for five years prior to joining Reserve Capital Partners. During his tenure at NAI, Grant and his team specialized in office project leasing in the DFW Metroplex, successfully closing 391 deals and leasing more than 2 million square feet since April 2019. Grant is responsible for heading RCP’s landlord-rep leasing platform, working to stabilize RCP-owned and third-party office portfolios. Originally from Frisco, Texas, Grant currently resides there with his wife, Olivia. Both Grant and Olivia are alumni of the University of Texas at Austin, where Grant earned a BA in government with a certificate in business. While at UT, Grant was an active member of the top service organization on campus, the Texas Wranglers.

Bart Gardner

Bart Gardner Investments

With more than two decades of experience in real estate investment and development, Bart brings a keen eye to RCP’s project and construction management for flex-industrial development. In addition to his construction work on development projects, Bart serves RCP by sourcing flex-industrial development opportunities.

Nathan-Rylander

Nathan Rylander Brokerage & Investments

Nathan plays an essential role in assisting third-party clients with buying, selling, and leasing for industrial and office projects. He also locates opportunistic and value-add office, industrial, and retail properties. Nathan spent seven years in the United States Marine Corps before starting his career with Capstone Commercial. From there, he moved to Transwestern as a tenant rep broker. In addition to working at RCP, Nathan is a field artillery officer in the Marine Corps Reserve.

Scott Gregory

Scott Gregory Brokerage & Investments

After amassing considerable experience in the commercial real estate industry with Caddo Holdings, Scott works on industrial brokerage and acquisitions at RCP. His role lies in identifying value-add industrial opportunities in major metropolitan areas around the country, and he leverages his 20-plus years in commercial real estate to find the best properties. Scott assists clients with buying, selling, and leasing existing industrial properties, working closely with clients’ brokers along the way.

Easton Turner Development Design Manager

Easton started his career at RLG, where he spent five years designing and managing land and site development projects for light industrial, commercial, institutional, and multifamily projects as a design engineer and civil project manager. Easton is responsible for assisting the development team with site selection, leading the site design process for developments in progress, and assisting with preconstruction and construction management. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he earned his BS in civil engineering.

Kevin McMullen Senior Property Manager

Kevin is responsible for direct management of RCP’s office portfolio, including RCP owned and 3rd party assets. He primarily works with tenants and brokers to ensure top tier management by implementing strategic plans, optimizing occupancy and tenant satisfaction, and fostering positive relationships. Kevin has worked in property management for 9 years, most recently with JLL and Younger Partners.

Kevin is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, where he played for the Ole Miss football team.

Laura Elizondo

Laura Elizondo Senior Property Accountant

Laura is responsible for overseeing property accounting within the financial services platform of RCP. After more than four years as a property accountant with CapRidge Partners in Austin, she moved to Dallas to help build out the property accounting platform of RCP. Laura was born and raised in Campeche, Mexico, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in mathematics and a certificate in business.

Annabel Valdez

Annabel Valadez Corporate Accountant

In addition to her role of financial reporting for all RCP corporate entities, Annabel manages and reconciles all corporate bank and credit accounts and invoices for all RCP-managed properties. She brings more than 14 years of bookkeeping and corporate accounting experience to the RCP team.

Debbie Landry Office Manager

After being involved in commercial real estate for 50-plus years, Debbie now serves RCP as its Human Resources Manager and Office Manager. Immediately before RCP, she was with ESRP in an office-administrator role for nine years. Debbie graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a BS in education and now has seven grandchildren.

Elijah Freeney

Elijah Freeney Analyst

Elijah performs market analysis and due diligence for the multifamily division. In this capacity, he helps RCP to identify investment opportunities in value-add multifamily acquisitions and ground-up multifamily developments. He is also responsible for developing and updating financial models. Elijah is a recent graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Jackson Frederick

Jackson Frederick Analyst

At RCP, Jackson performs market analysis and feasibility for existing industrial and office acquisitions. He also plays a key role in the asset management of RCP’s industrial and office portfolio. Jackson is a recent graduate from Texas A&M University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance.

Gentry Shive Analyst

Gentry is responsible for market analysis and feasibility on existing industrial, office, and multifamily acquisitions. He is also instrumental in the asset management of RCP’s existing portfolio. Gentry is a graduate of Texas A&M University, and he is currently pursuing an MBA from Southern Methodist University with a concentration in real estate.
